YALI 4.0 – THE JOURNEY BEGINS

As the first golden rays of dawn stretched across the sky, we arrived at Ukkadam Lake, hearts pounding with excitement. This wasn’t just another morning—it was the prologue to a long-awaited moment, a milestone built with tireless dedication. The day had finally arrived—Yali 4.0 would begin its transformation from vision to reality. With eager anticipation, we got to work, assembling the very heart of our dream.

With unwavering focus, we turned our attention to the hull, the foundation upon which Yali 4.0 would rise. Piece by piece, we meticulously brought the structure to life, ensuring every component was aligned to perfection. The first major milestone was setting it afloat for initial checks. The hull sat perfectly on the water, stable and buoyant—an encouraging sign of things to come.

With the hull successfully afloat, we moved on to the core integrations—assembling the cockpit, battery, and Power Distribution Unit (PDU). Each connection was carefully scrutinized, each wire fastened with precision. These were the lifelines of Yali 4.0, and their flawless integration was paramount to its performance.

As the day progressed, the propulsion system took center stage. Hours of careful assembly and testing led us to a pivotal moment—the full integration of Yali 4.0’s power and drive. By evening, every critical component was in place. The boat stood before us in its full glory, a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team.

Before wrapping up, we conducted the static and ground tests—an essential validation of our efforts. Every system powered on flawlessly, every connection held strong. Yali 4.0 exceeded our expectations, reinforcing our confidence. This wasn’t just a test—it was a glimpse of the success to come.

But the real challenge was yet to unfold. As night settled in, we analyzed data, refined strategies, and braced ourselves for what was to come. The next day, Yali 4.0 would finally touch the water—a moment forged through months of relentless effort and an unbreakable spirit. The anticipation was electrifying. The true adventure was about to begin!

Not just any voyage, Yali 3.0, our sustainable energy vessel, undertook an odyssey. It began on the tranquil waters of Ukkadam, a stark contrast to its ultimate destination - the churning Bay of Bengal. The successful testing and development at Ukkadam had instilled confidence, but to truly unleash Yali's potential, we craved a more rigorous proving ground. Through meticulous research, we identified the waters off Pondicherry as the perfect crucible, mirroring the waves and currents Yali would face in Monaco. The rest of the journey continues as written before: Our team arrived in Pondicherry with Yali 3.0 and meticulously assembled it for the intense tests ahead.
